We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size/variant of the exact same product. The exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Approved exchanges are typically processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.
If the exchange is due to a defective or damaged item upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs. For size or variant exchanges, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, but we will ship the replacement item to you for free.
